Comfortable room, friendly service, the owner went above and beyond to help us with early check-in and a delicious breakfast variety, making it a cozy spot to recharge before exploring the area, which is easily accessible by public transport....  

The location is spot on for a quiet retreat and easy access to the beach. Our room was super comfy with great extras like coffee and fresh milk!

The Deluxe King Room provided a spacious area to unwind, complemented by a large en-suite. The breakfast selection each morning was impressive, cooked fresh and tailored to individual tastes.

The enclosed garden area was lovely , but it could use a bit more maintenance.

Relaxing stay near the seafront

Had a solid 2 nights here. The location is super chill, just a stroll to the beach. My Deluxe King Room was spacious and comfy—plus, I loved that the coffee setup had fresh milk! Only thing is, the shared garden wasn't always well-kept. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, can’t complain about that!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and a lovely outdoor dining area. The staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay, making it special. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!...  

We truly enjoyed our stay with an amazing breakfast that catered to my vegetarian needs, and the room was immaculate and comfortably furnished. The lovely garden area and cozy lounge provided perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. The only minor downside was that our room didn't have an en-suite, but it was still a great experience overall. 🏡

Perfect for a family getaway

The welcoming nature of the owner was something I won’t forget. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, even preparing us a lovely late dinner when we arrived and suggesting local attractions....

What a lovely find, the breakfast was excellent and our dog was welcome, making it an ideal spot for us with the beach just a few minutes walk away and plenty of parks to explore nearby.

It was just a great fit for a concise stay in Ayr with value for price. The highlight was the excellent breakfast choices, especially the Scottish breakfast. Make sure to check bathroom arrangements if you prefer en-suites.

I was blown away by the beautiful, spacious room with amazing views and tons of perks in the bathroom. I particularly loved the local eateries Karen recommended. it's a must for a tasty meal!

Room had a cozy decor with fresh fruit and biscuits laid out on arrival. Conveniently located close to the beach and a short walk to town, perfect for grabbing essentials or enjoying a meal.

The family room lacked an en-suite bathroom, requiring a quick trek down the hall for access, which some might find inconvenient. While the shared bathroom was spacious and clean, having a private one would have been more comfortable.
